Screenprint For screen printing a separation of the print colors is needed.
Depending on ink quality the color is more or less opaque > the thicker the color, the worse handfeel, and washabilty but better the covering
power and vice versa.
Inside Print The Artwork is being printed from the back side of the garment. Depending on the garments permeability and the applied color quantity and quality,
the garment structure will be more or less visible, which effects an interesting "washed out" look.
Transfer Print Printing the artwork digitally on a special transfer foil in order to apply/glue it on the garment.

By Applying a chemical substance using the screen print technology the cotton thread is being "burned" - or better: dissolved, which makes the fabric depending on the material composition more or less transparent.
S U B L I M A T I O N
Printing the artwork on a special sublimation paper and applying (like ironing) it by heat onto the garment.
E M B O S S I N G
On base of the black&white artwork a metal stamp is being manufactured.
Putting the stamp on the garment, the synthetic thread is melting.
Depending on intensity of pressure, heat and duration the garment is getting more or less shiny.
B O N D I N G + L A S E R C U T
Bonding
In Kombination mit Print oder nicht, werden aus dem Basisstoff die vorgesehenen Formen "ausgeschnitten" und mit einem Netzstoff unterklebt (gebonded). Dem Bodymapping entsprechend unterstützt man dadurch an diesen Stellen die Ventilation.
Techfit Power Web
Das Artwork wird aus der patentierten Spezialfolie ausgeschnitten und aufgeklebt.
Laser Cut
Das Artwork wird per Laser aus dem Stoff ausgebrannt. Je nach Größe und Stoff muß das Artwork unterklebt werden, um ein Ausreißen zu verhindern

Badge / Applikation
Artwork wird ausgeschnitten und auf den Trägerstoff geklebt bzw. genäht
Knopf wird mit dem bedruckten Stoff "bezogen"
Stickerei
Artwork bzw. Detail wird direkt auf den Trägerstoff gestickt.
